Tartan Clef Foundation
Chairman’s Vision for the Tartan Clef Foundation
Donald Macleod is the current chairman of NRMTS. He succeeded Stuart Hornall who was the previous Chairman.
When Donald Macleod assumed the Chair he was determined to move the charity forward. His first task was to enlarge the already established committee. He invited influential figures within Scottish business, press and music industries onto the committee.
The Chairman has very clear goals :
- To increase the profile of the charity as a whole.
- To open a new Music Therapy centre in Scotland’s central belt.
- To grow the Tartan Clef Awards to the level where it becomes Scotland's National Music Awards.
- Donald felt that the Foundation should be set up to assist with these goals and to increase revenue for the charity.
The people involved in the Foundation are:
Donald Macleod Chairman, Nordoff Robbins Fundraising in Scotland
Brian Fulton Treasurer, Nordoff Robbins Scotland
